This website is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure located in the Frankfurt (eu-central-1) region. The following AWS services are used:

Amazon Route 53 — DNS management

5. Contact Requests

If you contact us via email or a contact form, the data you provide (e.g., name, email address, message content) will be stored and processed for the purpose of handling your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries).

Your data will be deleted once your inquiry has been fully resolved, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Cookies

This website uses technically necessary cookies for the proper functioning of the website, as well as optional analytics cookies that are only set with your explicit consent.

8. Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics

With your consent, this website uses Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4), services provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Google Tag Manager is a tool that allows us to manage tracking tags on our website. GTM itself does not collect personal data, but triggers other tags that may collect data. Google Analytics 4 collects data about website usage, including pages visited, session duration, approximate location (country/city level), device and browser type, and referral source.

IP addresses are anonymized by default in GA4. Data is processed on Google servers, potentially including servers outside the EU. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

9. Embedded Forms (Zoho Forms)

Some pages of this website embed contact and demo-request forms hosted by Zoho Corporation B.V., Beech Avenue 54-80, 1119 PW Schiphol-Rijk, Netherlands ("Zoho"), which operates the EU instance at forms.zohopublic.eu. Zoho processes form submissions on our behalf as a processor under a data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. Form data is stored on EU servers.

When the embedded form is loaded, your IP address, user agent and the URL of the page are transmitted to Zoho, and Zoho may set cookies on its own domain. Submissions you choose to send are processed under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering inquiries). With your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), we additionally use a privacy-safe postMessage signal to record successful form submissions in the LinkedIn analytics described in §7; no form content is shared with LinkedIn.

10. Fonts

The "Lato" font used on this website is hosted on our own servers. No requests to Google Fonts or other third-party font providers are made when you visit our pages.

11. SSL/TLS Encryption

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of personal data and other confidential content. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the "https://" prefix in the browser address bar and the lock icon.
